About Coach Marie

 

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with Advanced Training in Gut Health, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach & a Culinary Graduate in Health Supportive Culinary Arts, I’m all about helping you feel better, live a more fulfilling life and finally achieve your health & wellness goals.  

But, as someone who used to have some pretty bad habits in the past, I definitely understand how challenging and complicated it can be. I slowly started making healthier choices right before I turned 40, and I’m so grateful I did.  

I’m not sure what really motivated me to go for that first jog, or to begin shifting the foods I ate towards more whole foods, but I do recall the intense anxiety, insecurity and overwhelming confusion around what the best choices really were.  

Over 12 years after I slowly started incorporating a fun satisfying real food lifestyle & better habits, I’ve been able to improve several chronic symptoms as well as my overall health, wellness, mood, energy and focus, ultimately fueling my unforeseen path as a Chef, Coach and Entrepreneur in Health & Wellness.

When I started, I couldn’t even jog around the block, and melted cheese was an essential food group for me. Now, I’ve completed 2 marathons and live a life fueled predominantly by real whole foods.  

I believe that a sustainable healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be overwhelming, complicated or boring. Through small, simple changes, you can make big changes to how you feel, and live a life you love (that still includes lots of delicious food too!). It’s about adapting to what works for you, having fun with the process, and keeping things simple.
