As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with Advanced Training in Gut Health, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach & a Culinary Graduate in Health Supportive Culinary Arts, I’m helping individuals feel better, live more fulfilling lives and finally achieve their health & wellness goals.
But, I had some pretty bad habits in the past, and I definitely understand how challenging and complicated it can be. I personally didn't start making healthier choices and changes, slowly, until I was almost 40, but I am so grateful I did.
I recall the intense anxiety, insecurity and overwhelming confusion around what the best choices really were when I first started making changes, like going out for that very first jog, and trying to eliminate different foods.
I still vividly remember not being able to jog around the block when I started my wellness journey, and my relationship with food was a roller coaster, with a weakness for all things melted cheese.
Now, over 11 years after I began incorporating more real foods & better habits into my lifestyle, I’ve been able to improve several chronic symptoms as well as my overall health, wellness, mood, energy and focus, which has ultimately fueled my unforeseen path as a Chef, Coach and Entrepreneur.
I've since completed 2 (and a half!) marathons and I'm living a joyful life fueled by real whole foods.
